Friedrichstadt-Palast
Extension inspired by Hans Poelzig
Located in the heart of Berlin-Mitte, the Friedrichstadt-Palace is an impressive revue theater and the largest theater building in the city. As one of the most visited variety stages in Europe, it is known for its chorus line and captivating performances.
The planned expansion of the Friedrichstadt-Palace includes the construction of a sleek, aesthetically fascinating tower. This tower will perfect the internal and external accessibility of the building and provide special spaces for the talented dancers. The extraordinary aesthetics of the tower will emphasize the function and radiance of the entire building, further highlighting the significance of the Friedrichstadt-Palace.

Inspired by Hans Poelzig, the architect of the Friedrichstadt-Palace, we feel especially committed to honoring his spirit. His quote, “We must once again understand that great art also needs inspiring content and must be closely connected with the soul of the people,” guides us in our endeavor.
